[Liobank] - Card Distribution Supervisor

-  Daily operational coordination of delivery team

-  Support Recruiting team, train and onboard the fleet of Couriers in the new cities.

-  Manage scheduling, attendance of couriers

-  Training and supervising delivery teams

-  Manage requests of delivery team

-  Be responsible for documentation and contracts of Couriers.

-  Be there for the Couriers when they need support

-  Take care of procurement, ensuring that couriers have all necessary materials to work.

-  Manage card inventory

-  Supervision and analysis of KPIs

-  You are required with a minimum education background of college degree;

-  Work experience as an operator / supervisor of a couriers/delivery/operations/call-center of a delivery service for at least 1 year is preferred;

-  Correct oral and written language;

-  Responsibility, diligence, strong organizational skills;

-  Ability to work with a large amount of information, attention to detail;

-  Client orientation, politeness, stress resistance.

-  Can travel to other provinces

-  Intermediate English is a very big plus
